Do we direct bill for treatment?
A. Yes, we can! Most insurers are set up online now, so we can submit your claim, have the insurance company send us the money, and put any remaining balance on your credit card. To take advantage of this offer, you will need to leave a valid credit card on file with our office.
Do we receive a copy of your pre-determination?
A. Due to privacy concerns, your insurance company will only correspond with you. It is up to you to let us know when you hear back from them. If they need further information they will usually send that request to us as well as you, but please call us if you receive such a letter.
Can we help you understand your coverage?
A. We absolutely try to help you navigate your dental insurance coverage, but due to privacy regulations, it is best if you call your provider and ask them what coverage you have.
Are you accepting new patients?
A. We are always available to accept new clients!
Do you have parking?
A. There is metered parking on the streets around our office. Please be aware that parking in front of our building on 11th Avenue is limited prior to 8:30am and after 3:30pm due to it also being a bus lane. The rate is $2 per hour.
The parkade on Hamilton Street is accessible to the public at the rate of $2 per hour. There is also parking at Casino Regina on Saskatchewan Drive.
